MH Pro! is a software productivity tool that is customized for each customer by the creation of a database for your company that includes descriptive information about the precast pieces you produce and the methods used to produce them.  The database also holds rules for producing your Submittal and Shop Drawings, as well as, Bill-of-material Reports to aid various business processes that you use in producing and delivering your products.

MH Pro! is priced in relation to the value it provides to you.  You only pay for the functions that you use.  This means that you pay a Regular Monthly Lease Rate for the base MH Pro! product, and if you want addition functions, called Add-ons, then a small increase is added to the base rate for each Add-on.  There are four Add-ons: Quotation, Pipe, Part Number and Rebar (in development) which are described in detail in the 2014 Pricing Document.

We use an estimate of the number of precast structures that you produce in a year to determine the Regular Monthly Lease Rate you pay.  You can use whatever method you want to determine the estimate for your yearly production, we only request that we get a fair estimate of that production.  For some companies it is an easy number to get and for others it can be difficult.

We provide the following example to illustrate a way to estimate the production volume and will be happy to work with you to adjust this spreadsheet to help you get an estimate for this year’s production.  Each December we request an updated estimate for the next year and adjust the Regular Monthly Lease Rate for January and the other months of the new year.
